H.O.P.E. of America is a 501 (c)3 Non-Profit company that can conveniently deliver on-site health education and wellness programs to anyone who is willing to improve their health.  Services include wellness workshops and care clinics such as fitness health fairs, jump-a-thons, walk-a-thons, school assemblies, after-school programs, corporate entertainment, half-time excitement and wellness outreach day or overnight camps. Our staff consists of certified educators, instructors and professional rope skippers who are committed to promoting health and fitness around the world while reducing obesity.

H.O.P.E. of America  instructors use research based techniques and strategies to promote the guidelines established by organizations such as the American Dietetic Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, and the American Lung Association to meet our goals. In addition, all staff members are committed to using a variety of hands-on teaching aids to insure a meaningful learning environment.
